Greetings from Forward Operating Base Ghanzni, in Ghazni,
Afghanistan. On behalf of myself and the Battalion Reconnaissance Platoon,
we are writing in regards to your company and y our products. A few months
back we had taken the time to write your company and request some assistance.
Your company provided us with eight scopes. As a Squad Leader in a Light
Infantry Reconnaissance Platoon, we RELY on precision optics to carry our our
missions here as we are the eyes and ears of the battalion. It is
important to note that ALL items provided have assisted us in our day to day
activities. I might add Afghanistan has probably on of the worst
environments on the Earth and your products have endured through them all.
In blowing sand, temperatures over 120 degrees, snow, freezing temps, freak
rainstorms and floods, not once has your product failed. We are SOLD on
your products and your company and will pass on the word that TAPCO has the
products that the military and our stateside occupation need. And again,
thank you for your time and thank you for supporting the troops. Your
assistance greatly assisted our mission here.

Dr. TAPCO,
I would like to express my deepest thanks for your
recent shipment of front sight adjustment tools. We have done quite a bit
of comparison work between the old 0302 and the new 0312. The new ones are
much more sturdy and durable. You did a phenomenal job in the redesign of
this product. We truly appreciate you taking our initial feedback and then
committing your team to making a better product. The results go beyond our
wildest expectations. As we wrap up our tour of duty here in a couple of
months, we will make sure that our replacements have your information so that we
can continue to work together in the great mission. Your tool has been one
of the key factors in our ability to accomplish our mission of training Iraq
Forces, to include both Soldiers and Policemen. There is absolutely no way
that we could have conducted our weapons training with such success without
these tools. The old 0302 would have worked, but we would have to go
through hundreds of them. Your new tool has saved us a considerable amount
of time and money in the long run. As I'm sure that I'll be returning to
Iraq in the future in one capacity or another, I will always be sure to have a
dozen of your tools in my kit bag for all joint operations. Thank you for
the T-Shirts; we truly enjoy sporting them around the camp. Thanks again
for your cooperation and assistance during this ongoing project.
